Where is Store All of Rand located:
Store All of Rand is located at 4901 Midland Drive, Charleston, West Virginia 25306, next to Dollar General Store.
What are the access hours?
Access your belongings 7 days a week between 6am to 11pm at both locations.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases. Store with us for however long you need. Our prices are affordable and your belongings will always be safe.
How do I pay my storage bill?

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYMENTS:
1) make check or money order payable to Store All - Include storage unit number and name on the Store All account (if name on account is different than name on the payment method).
2) mail to: Store All, 2130 Mt Vernon Road, Hurricane, WV 25526.
3) checks or money orders may also be dropped off thru the office door mail slot at the Hurricane location. NOTE: THERE IS NO OFFICE AT THE RAND LOCATION.

How do I contact management?
Store All of Teays Valley office in Hurricane is basically contactless and not open to the public on a regular basis. No office is located at Store All of Rand. Office hours listed in the heading are actually phone hours. Our phone is answered 9am-5pm Mon-Fri - Closed Sat & Sun. If unavailable when you call, please leave a message. Do you offer drive-up accessible storage units and/or inside units?
YES - At both locations, we do offer drive-up accessible storage units to ensure an easy move-in or visit. Load or unload your belongings within just a few steps.
YES - Inside units are also available at Store All of Teays Valley.
NO - Inside units are NOT available at Store All of Rand.

Is the facility safe?
Both facilities are monitored 24/7 using our video surveillance system. In addition, our facilities are fully fenced and gated with coded entry. Enter your personal code into the gate keypad and drive-up to your unit.
How do I RESERVE or RENT a unit?
Above, find the location of your choice; then the unit of your choice. Available units are labeled RESERVE or MOVE-IN. Click on your choice and follow the quick and easy instructions. STORE ALL is truly a SELF-SERVICE STORAGE FACILITY! RESERVING a storage unit or MOVING-INTO a storage unit is a contactless process completed online. PLEASE NOTE:
PERSONAL GATE CODE: When completing an online rental, the system assigns a generic gate code (which allows for immediate facility access. ) You may choose to use that code forever, and do nothing further. OR you may choose to call Store All management at 304-757-3348 to be assigned a more personal unique 6-digit code, using a method which allows for easy recall of the code (based on info relating only to you) .
PERSONAL UNIT LOCKS: You shall be required to secure the storage unit with a heavy-duty lock.
